Brought into this world upon its creation, pale as the starry sky above came to be Amon Uilos. Graced with the blessing of beauty, genius and talent. Even after his millenia of tenure governing the Starlit Council the elven royal keen senses have not dulled. A beacon of faith to the children born into this corrupted world. As the bright one he yearns to put an end to the travesty being done upon Aether by the Aether - Touched. History of its misuses etched into his memory with the tragedies that followed.
